Kelly graduated from the Research College of Nursing’s Master’s program in 2014 with a dual degree in nursing education and nursing practice. She is board certified in family practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has been inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau honor society. Prior to her Master’s degree, she received her Bachelor degree in nursing from Webster University and graduated with honors.
Kelly brings a host of knowledge and experience in multiple areas including the chronic care and management of the older adult, metabolic support, malnutrition, electrolyte imbalance, acid- base imbalance, feeding tubes/diet, and weight management. She is also a certified nutrition support clinician through the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
In addition, she has experience in the area of cardiac care, gastrointestinal aliments, pain management, and pre- and post-op care of the patient among many others. She is also an integral part of the team delivering aesthetic services to our med spa clients.
